The JCPenney internship program will encourage you to grow, learn and find the career path that best fits your unique talents.

Each summer, JCPenney offers a paid 10-week internship program that features a combination of classroom courses, self-paced training modules, on-the-job shadowing and training, meet-and-greets with executives, and project management. At the end of your internship, you’ll deliver a case study or final presentation to your peers.

In addition to real-world training, our JCPenney internship program also satisfies class credit requirements for universities and colleges across the country.

What are the requirements to participate in the JCPenney internship program?

• Current junior or senior status at an accredited university
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Open to relocation to the Plano, Texas area
• Strong communication skills, outstanding leadership and time management skills
• Ability to analyze data
• Ability to collaborate with team members
