Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a  Technical Project Manager to help manage our Digital Engineering Projects/Programs. Digital Engineering provides solutions to all customer facing online experience functions including DotCom, Marketing, and Mobile Apps..  The Primary focus would be planning, coordinating and delivering Digital solutions leveraging systems like AWS and associated technologies.  Help with PMO process improvement/maturity as and when required. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead moderate to large complexity Projects/Program from concept to implementation and then to transition ensuring on time and on budget delivery
  • Drive out scope, dependencies and timeline for the Program
  • Manage program-level planning to track milestones and deliverables impacting multiple projects, releases, tracks and dependencies (for example: coordinate with Testing Center on End-to-end test planning across a release, coordinate with Business and Change Management leads for Training requirements across tracks)
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams, Product and Delivery leadership to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Facilitate collaboration and interaction to meet the Project/Program goals
  • Own and communicate Project/Program Status Report generation (accomplishments, in progress, risks, issues, metrics)
  • Manage Project/Program level Stakeholders and Risk/Issue Management process
  • Manage project controls and communications
  • Utilizing standard program management processes / tools, assess program status and provide recommendations and execute on course corrections as needed (don’t just measure, actively engage to fix the problem)
  • Conduct Release readiness reviews, milestone reviews and Go/No-Go reviews

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Project/Program Management
  • Excellent management, leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, adapt to change and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines
  • Experience with onsite/offshore coordination
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience/Knowledge of regularly used tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint etc. 
  • Certification in the field of Project Management and Agile methods is preferred
