Corporate Senior Specialist - Asset Protection

The role of the Training and Operations Sr. Specialist is responsible for supporting the Asset Protection team by maintaining and updating the Asset Protection website to ensure data integrity and brand content consistency, support curriculum development and implementation, manage internal and external operations, such as restitution and civil demand,  support AP reporting, and develop weekly communication to drive clarity, awareness and training to enhance the and knowledge and skill of associates. 

The Training and Operations Sr. Specialist will report to the Corporate Training and Communication Manager.   

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website to ensure data integrity
  • Create written content and design websites to ensure the company brand and department message is conveyed
  • Prepare educational job aids and materials to bridge learning gaps
  • Support update of training programs to ensure that they are relevant
  • Support technical implementation for training.
  • Summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
  • Manage internal and external programs and vendor partnerships.
  • Develops and manages a Weekly Communication cadence that leverages various tools such as JCAP, Yammer, and others to clarify priorities, implement solutions, and provide measurement on solution execution
  • Support AP Reporting as needed with running shrink reporting utilizing SQL, Excel, & Tableau.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience.  Experienced in website management
  • Exposure to designing and developing learning strategies that drive performance improvement
  • Exposure to internal and external communication
  • Proven track record of organizing work, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skill required
  • Passion and creativity
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Open to learning
