Operations Support Staff - Back Office

The Operations Support Staff analyzes and resolves customer problems via telephone, web, and e-mail while maintaining records of problems and inquiries handled. This position supports various business verticals such as Procurement, Store Environment, Customer Care, and Payroll.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieves high level of customer service and all quality goals by providing timely, accurate, and engaging service while focusing on the customer.
  • Delivers service in an efficient and effective manner in accordance with established procedures and goals.
  • Researches and analyzes business and customer issues and recommends improvements.
  • Recognizes trends and implements solutions.
  • Interfaces with Home Office leadership to resolve escalated issues.
  • Job may require kneeling, bending, reaching and lifting.

Basic Knowledge:

  • Utilizes problem-solving skills and applies solutions.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills.
  • Basic reconciliation skills.

    • Demonstrate self-starter, initiative, and ability to make decisions independently.
    • Requires skills in communication, adaptability, managing work, and customer focus.
    • Requires knowledge of the organization, its services and policies and procedures.
    • Ability to build relationships with various vendors and service providers
    • Takes initiative for process improvement
    • 2-5 years' customer service experience as it relates to email and verbal communication.
    • High School Diploma Required
