The Analytics Center of Excellence partners with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging

predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and effective

decision making across the enterprise. The Director of ACOE provides a strategic vision and

operational leadership for the ACOE and is instrumental in driving the creation and delivery of

innovative analytical solutions and actionable insights. This role will manage a team of data

practitioners including data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts, with a focus on

developing the data product strategy, roadmap & execution. Engagement and delivery

responsibilities will focus on partnership with business functions, assessment of gaps in

capabilities, and developing and implementing operational strategies to close the gaps.


Core responsibilities:

  • Align to the overall business strategy when driving the direction of the team, projects, and
  • processes
  • Provide overall direction to the development of advanced analytics solutions and
  • strategies to new and existing clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams, and provide business / functional perspective to data science
  • projects, and support problem scoping and structuring
  • An ability to convey complex results in an easy to understand, thematic manner
  • Manage the allotment of multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful
  • completion of analytic projects
  • Account for the overall management of analytic projects; including profitability, timeliness,
  • quality and client value
  • Development of case study materials from prior analytic projects, in efforts to demonstrate
  • capabilities
  • Provide developmental and managerial leadership to the Analytics Group
  • Communicate and engage with key internal business partners and stakeholders to
  • collaboratively solve business problems




  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years professional hands-on experience with advanced analytics
  • Proven experience influencing business decisions and driving enterprise value through
  • advanced analytical solutions
  • A minimum of 7 years proven managerial or supervisory experience
  • Proven cross-functional experience and managing and delivering a wide variety of
  • analytical solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing
  • multiple projects and resources concurrently
  • Very good communication skills
