About the Role: 

The Manager of Division POD will support & assist the Associate Director of Digital Operations. This position will be responsible for driving improvements in website experiences for the assigned Division 

to provide elevated customer experience across JCP channels (Web, Mobile & App). This leader will act as a laison between the Plano & Bangalore team apart from being responsible for the development & management of direct reports which comprises of Senior Analysts, Analysts, Associate Analysts, Image Editors, Internal Search Analyst, SEO Analyst, Taxonomy Analyst and Contractors. The operations will include auditing & enriching product pages with right product attributes across JCP.com to be on par with competition, image audits and enrichment, site content creative enrichment, driving internal and organic search improvements. This position will require extensive collaboration & knowledge in the retail space to monitor industry trends & identify opportunities to improve customer experience with a growth mindset.  


The Manager must be able to hire, develop, retain a high potential & high performance team through inspiration & coaching. In addition, will ensure a strong working relationship with cross functional global teams to drive the quality & accuracy of content to ease the customer’s buying expeience.   



Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Site Experience management for a specific division to deliver digital excellence across JCP & ensure end to end customer experience 

  • Liaison between Business, Technical Team & Vendors to drive content accuracy, efficiency & provide recommendations to boost customer’s buying decision  

  • Ensure customer experience is optimized across all channels through regular quality checks & proactive fixes  

  • Define, track & report KPIs to support strategic decision making 

  • Strategize & prioritize business opportunities with a holistic view by adopting best practices  

  • Monitor industry trends & identify opportunities to improve customer experience 

  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure key defects are addressed & resolved proactively  

  • Establish new vendor relationships, seeking for process & funding improvements in contracts for projects & steady state work 

  • Develop team culture & build high performing team 

  • Establish & monitor performance objectives for Associates & conduct performance evaluations, monitor succession plans, career development  


Key Skills: 


  • Self-motivated, result-oriented e-commerce leader 

  • Ecommerce site operations experience is required 

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, collaboration & communication skills  

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, communicate effectively, adjust priorities based on business results, & work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines 

  • Highly motivated to be develop teams & manage ongoing performance of individual contributors 

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with atleast 2 years of experience leading & developing teams 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
