Critical Primary Responsibilities:

Skills that we need to look in;

< >.Net 4.0+.Net core             C# .NetAsp.Net, MVC 5, WCF/WPFPL SQL/SQLAny front-end tech experience is preferredJQueryBootstrapReact JS /Angular JS 

Note; Scrum Master experience is required for Sr. Engineer 1, Sr. Engineer 2 or Lead Engineer role

Any Candidate with above skills along with Java programming is added advantage.  

Responsibilities include:

·         Develop and maintain mission critical applications in JCP’s 1000 stores including Point of Sale classic and mobile applications.

·         Support testing processes, work with team members to resolve issues, and assure high quality code by always maintaining an operations mindset

·         Drive the continuous evolution of best practices within the development team

·         Define and document technical design and architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

·         Integrate with various enterprise class services using industry standard service-based architectures

·         Define and implement software using established design patterns, industry best practices and enterprise standards

·         Provide technical guidance and implementation for projects dealing with cross-team dependencies, rapid schedules and a constant evolving business environment

·         Own and drive multiple initiatives with high quality and on-time delivery

·         Perform on call duties on rotation with other developers when required

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

< >Experience to design end-end architecture and design of applications using one or more systems/language.Experience to work with large scale data intensive applications.Experience with Microservices architecture preferredApplication development experience using .Net core ,.NET 4.0 and higher, C#, ASP.NET/MVCSQL Server experience using include schema design, stored procedures, and ad-hoc queries.  Experience with large volumes of data preferred.Proficient use of testing frameworks such as MSTest/NUnit/XUNIT and mocking frameworksProficient in integrating with source control frameworks such as Subversion and Git. Passion for object oriented programming methodologies / enterprise application design patternsDemonstrated experience in a service oriented environment using a variety methods (i.e. WCF/SOAP/REST/XML)Automated build and continuous integration experience preferredHighly motivated, with a desire to learn new technologies and architectures Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain complex ideas to others with varying levels of expertiseDevelopment experience for retail and/or mission critical applications is preferredExperience working as part of an agile/scrum team in coordination with multiple scrum teams in an onshore/offshore model preferred. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
