The Store Management Intern will support and assist various Assistant Managers with day-to-day tasks. Our Store Management Internship is a 9-week program that runs the summer before your senior year. The program is divided into assignments as you rotate through different areas within the store, focused on strengthening and refining your business acumen and core competencies needed to lead a team in the retail industry.

Your training will blend online instruction with hands-on experience along with the guidance and mentorship of your store leadership team. You will receive on-the-floor selling experience, training on divisional knowledge and a holistic understanding of how the business works.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Sales support functions
• In-store merchandising
• Online Order Fulfillment
• Leading and motivating a store team
• Sales analysis
• Asset Protection

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Current college junior
• Accumulative 3.0 GPA or higher
• Previous retail experience required
• Open to relocation after graduation
• Thrives in team environment and has leadership ability
• Passion for retail management
