Regional Install Manager

J.C. Penney Company, Inc.

The Regional Install Manager leads a team of installers, to ensure In-Home Custom Design strategies and operational excellence are in place and executed to deliver sales, profit, and an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Performance

- Builds profitable sales through installer development

- Reviews and analyzes business reports to quickly identify and prioritize areas of opportunity within districts

- Performs regular order audits

- Ensures Regional Install Playbook is fully executed in effort to build consistency within the IHCD organization

- Drives associate referral programs and Measure and Install programs to increase demand sales

- Engages in a highly collaborative relationship with General / District / Regional Managers to discuss how to better lead and engage their teams towards extraordinary performance

Team Development

- Hires, trains, and develops installers

- Provides on-going coaching and development of installers, driving the team to meet proper staffing, training and team development at regional level

- Sets clear expectations and drives accountability for installers by taking immediate action on performance issues within the team

- Drive contract installer identification, on-boarding, and daily management to ensure sufficient installation capacity for IHCD and Measure and Install

- Fosters relationship between installers, District Sales Managers and General Managers, District Managers to drive brand cohesiveness through the Window Authority

Customer Experience

- Follows up on all customer service issues in a timely manner for IHCD, include customer survey comments, by partnering with the call center

- Confirms process improvement for timely completion of sales orders

- Confirms all company assets are accounted for and maintained (i.e., collateral, vans, tools cell phones) at regional level

- Ensures the organization of any product maintained in the stores is within company guidelines

- Responds to service requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Experience

- Minimum of 2 to 5 years managing installation team or selling team.
