Finance Junior Executive

The Accounting Specialist performs assigned activities including:  


  • Being part of the Corporate Finance team and be responsible for Accounting Operations (AP, Associate re-imbursements, Month-end GL book closure etc.) 

  • Being responsible for company’s TDS, GST and SEZ compliances. 




  • Day-to-day accounting of transactions in Oracle (EBS) AP, FA, associate reimbursements, travel settlements etc. 

  • Month close activities such as accruals, capitalization of fixed assets, reviewing depreciation reports etc. 

  • Audit co-ordination, including preparing requisite information for statutory audit, tax audits, internal audits (IFC) of the company. 

  • Preparing information and supporting year-end corporate income tax filings, compliances (3CEB, TP study etc.). 

  • Preparing working files for statutory payments like TDS and other dues. 

  • Preparation and coordination for RBI/FEMA compliances. 

  • Preparation & filing of quarterly TDS returns. 

  • Preparation and filing of GST returns. 

  • Travel settlements – coordination for providing forex cards to travelling associates and accounting settlements in Oracle (I-expense). Maintaining travel trackers to ensure timely settlements. 

  • Be a Single Point of Contact for associate reimbursements, travel settlements etc. 


Core Competencies & Accomplishments: 


  • Clear understanding of accounting concepts. Thorough knowledge of balance sheet and income statement line items. 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook) 

  • Ability to think independently and systemically. 

  • Good interpersonal skills (i.e. accurate, detail-oriented, positive and easily gains respect from stakeholders and associates)  

  • Good relationship management and collaboration skills. Must be proactive in reaching out and closing outstanding issues. 

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) 

  • Understanding of Accounts Payable cycles, including PO, Receipt, and invoice flow.  

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. 

  • Looking for high energy, team-oriented team member who constantly strives for personal and team improvement. 




  • CA fresher or up to 1 year post-qualification experience in a mid-size CA firm or Corporate Finance/Controllers roles. 

  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS preferred, not mandatory.
