The Manager of Site Opertaions, Pricing Operations and Enterprise Fulfillment will support and assist the Associate Director of Digital Operations. This position should focus on supporting all Dot.com channels and customer platform experiences. This position supports all customer facing channels and responsible to liaison between business and Technical teams (stores, e commerce and mobile) and therefore, will be expected to look at big picture as it relates to the convergence of technology for the customer. It will be required to demonstarte proven experience with supporting operations, quality mindset, agility and continuous improvement. This position requires extensive experience on ecommerce concepts ( pricing, checkout, search, customer account management, Entrprise Fulfillment) and can partner and align with other development practices. 


The Manager must be able to hire, develop and retain a high potential and high performance team through inspiration and coaching. In addition, will ensure a strong working relationship with cross functional global teams to drive the accuracy & timeliness of pricing operations, site operations and enterprise fulfillment.  




Primary Responsibilities: 


  • Lead Site operations, pricing operations and Enterprise Fulfillment teams to ensure all customer and business related queries are handled as per KPI guidelines. 

  • Key Liaison as trusted advisor for Business and Technical teams to prioritize, estimate, plan and maintain dot.com site experience green 

  • Able to collaborate with Technical teams to ensure key defects are addressed and handle projects in a fast paced and ever changing business and technology environment 

  • Prepare and communicate status, issues and opportunities to the business 

  • Develop plans as per the Business Marketing calendar to handle Pricing accuracy for dot.com channels and approaches for continuous improvement 

  • Responsible for interfacing with Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, Acceptance testing teams and other stakeholders 

  • Collaboration across multiple technology support teams to align on work effort and priority 

  • Support Enterprise fulfillment capabilities like Factory Ship, Ship from Stores, Buy Online Pickup from Stores. Drive audit for duplicate skus, inventory sync. Build KPIs and reports. Support operations like exclusions, reinstatements, vendor scorecard and support. 

  • Establish and monitor performance objectives for Associates and conduct performance evaluations, monitor succession plans, career development  

  • Responsible to developing a high performance team and Coaches/mentors/develops associates in career development and performance 

  • Establish new vendor relations relationships, seeking for process and funding improvements in contracts for projects and steady state work 

  • Monitor industry trends and drive improvements 





Core Competencies & Accomplishments: 

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented e-commerce leader 

  • Ecommerce site operations experience is required 

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills  

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, communicate effectively, adjust priorities based on business results, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines 

  • Highly motivated to be develop teams and manage ongoing performance of individual contributors 

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with atleast 2 years of experience leading and developing teams. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
