Demand Planning Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain planning and forecasting monthly for AOR specific to ensure that Supplier/Brand/COO and IBO are aligned based on all data points collected.
  • Under the guidance and supervision of Demand Planning Manager support DCM replenishment business to work closely with suppliers and MAT to align on correct production to support business and AOR.
  • Manage and maintain monthly Supplier plans to ensure capacity is appropriate by month for receipt of orders.
  • Under the guidance and supervision of Demand Planning Manager, prepare agendas and recaps for Supplier Plans and DCM meetings (as needed). Review with Sourcing Teams to analyze the variances each month and therefore create ability to re-cast the forecast.
  • Assist the preparation of executive level financial documents to prepare for quarterly reviews.
  • Manage and prepare monthly/quarterly multiple reports for AOR specific needs (Supplier Plans/Bridge, etc.)

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Planning/Allocation or comparable.
  • Preferred work experience in data analysis (1+ years).
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Ability to prioritize time and workload.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
