Store Operations Sr. Specialist - eCommerce

The Store Operations Systems Sr. Specialist will support and assist Store Operations Systems Sr. Manager with centralized planning, implementation, administration and monitoring of Point-of-Sale system and in-store eCommerce transactions in support of established business objectives and strategies for stores.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of key business/functional deliverables for the POS suite of applications
  • Actively participates in the User Acceptance Testing process and assists in ensuring financial, unit inventory and process accuracy to drive Customer Satisfaction and Sale and Profit objectives
  • Leads Alpha/Beta installations through on site participation and training of associates
  • Develops and manages release of training documentation for the suite of POS application and coordinates with in-store Operations and Communications on roll out
  • Responds to store questions with a sense of urgency, and develops a long term, global solution for frequent questions

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years in a retail store environment
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across business and technical lines
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and can effectively work on multiple projects at a time
  • Highly analytical with excellent observation skills
  • Comfortable reading technical language
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
