Senior Specialist – FP&A

 Key Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Individual contributor role, responsible for the roll up of the annual operating plan for the Bangalore center for both capital and operating expenses. 

  • Preparation of data to assist the teams in the monthly forecasting process. 

  • Roll up of the monthly forecast for the Bangalore center. 

  • Roll up of monthly Variance analysis – budget/forecast vs Actual. Analysis of the gaps and reporting the same to senior leadership. 

  • Develop and provide business insight around department KPIs and performance results. 

  • Display executive communication through development and presentation of business material to senior management. 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with many personalities, timelines, priorities and expectations. 

  • Be the single point of contact for all US based FP&A stakeholders. 

  • Adhoc analysis and reports based on requirements of the stakeholders. 

  • Support departmental and center-wide initiatives and goals. 


Core Competencies & Accomplishments: 

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present to senior management. 

  • Proactive professional with an eye for detail and ability to handle tight timelines 

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability required 

  • Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions working in a matrix environment 




  • B Com graduate, an MBA in Finance would be an added advantage.  

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience working in an international organization, preferably American, and/or retail.
