Maintenance Senior Manager

Leads multi unit maintenance teams and manages the maintenance programs of assigned units to include large scale facility maintenance

projects across individual and multiple units.

1. Leads regional maintenance teams by providing guidance and leadership on project and resource priorities for the Supply Chain.

2. Manages all facility maintenance projects to include ROI development, CAC approval, and coordination with Home Office Supply Chain

and Procurement Teams for large capital projects.

3. Ensures that team is conducting regular and timely preventive maintenance and is documented in the MP2 Maintenance System in an

accurate and up to date manner for assigned facilities.

4. Ensures that maintenance talent is continually developed and a strong bench is in place for future succession.

5. Leverages basic knowledge of OSHA/Hazmat and environmental regulations to ensure facilities are in compliance with federal and

local regulations.

6. Works closely with Network Maintenance Coordination team to ensure consistency of processes across the network and SOPs are

followed to optimize effort.

1. Works closely with operations teams in assigned facilities on preventive maintenance and large scale facility projects.

2. Collaborates with engineering team in assigned facilities on projects which require coordination of resources.

3. Partners with Procurement, Real Estate, and Construction Services departments on facility project bids, suppliers, physical security,

and insurance requirements.

4. Works with suppliers to develop project bids.

Education: Bachelors Degree (Engineering or technical field preferred).

Experience: Should have 6-10 years in facility maintenance or large scale facility projects background in maintenance and/or

construction, including 3–5 years supervisory experience.

Positional Competencies: Strong leader of technical teams. Expert in maintenance processes. Basic Office software skills, inclusive of ACAD and

MP2. Strong knowledge of MHE systems.
