Customer Coordinator

Schedule all customer appointments, follow up with customers daily on order status, utilize email for notification, complete data entry, provides customer service to exceed company standards, validate order notes are updated

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Schedule Appointments

  • Manage all appointment scheduling processes
  • Schedule installation appointments according to recommended time duration guidelines
  • Route appointments for best efficiency and productivity
  • Authorize and collect balance due payment
  • Enter Profile in Scheduling system
  • Enter order in Ordering system
  • Schedule Customer Service Request appointments

Customer Service

  • Scheduling appointments in timely manner within company guidelines
  • Billing orders in accordance with the contract requirements of 14 days if customer is not ready for installation

Data Entry

  • Validate order notes are updated each time a customer is contacted
  • Validate appointments notes are added for decorator instructions
  • Enter and validate all customer profile information is accurate

Performance Standards

  • Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and services sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Skills Requirements Needed to Perform Effectively in the Role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related call center experience
  • Customer service oriented
