Customer Solutions Representative

Summary:

Order Tracking, Purchase Order receipts, provide customer service which exceeds company standards, assist field representatives and customers with problem resolution and inquiries including system management.

Key Responsibilities:

Profit Performance

Reviews remakes to identify issues and drive error rate to a minimum

Customer Service

  • Meet or exceed the company standard of customer service and ensure it is attained by all customer service associates by following established techniques for developing rapport with customer over the phone
  • Fields customer calls for inquiries and issues
  • Contacts customers to resolve customer service issues and keeps customers informed of order progress and actions taken in a professional manner and in accordance with company standards; updates order comments
  • Works with field representatives to ensure proper procedures are followed to resolve customer service issues and keeps customers informed of order progress and actions taken

System Management

  • Answer Service Requests in a timely manner
  • Order Tracking
  • Review ordering system reports per guidelines
  • Review remakes for accuracy
  • Vendor suspends

Performance Standards

  • Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, product knowledge, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Skills Requirements Needed to Perform Effectively in the Role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related call center experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Execute work efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience
  • Shows the confidence and courage to do what is right; acts with energy and urgency
