Customer Care Center Representative
JCPenney is currently looking for Customer Care Representatives with passion, dedication and commitment to providing great customer service to our valued JCPenney customers.
The position of a Customer Care Representative is a challenging and rewarding one. Each representative provides great inbound and outbound customer service through the selling of new and/or additional merchandise and services and assisting our customers with order inquiries, with an ultimate goal of extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Daily activities include providing inbound/outbound telephone support to our customers by accepting and entering orders, selling new products and services and answering customer inquiries. Training is provided and will include technical, customer service and sales skill training.
Successful representatives must be able to read information, follow instructions, clearly communicate information, and be able to multi task. Computer skills are preferred.
Flexible hours of work are available and may include weekdays or weeknights, and weekend time.
