The Customer Care Specialist will help increase share of wallet and profitability through relationships with Commercial customers. Drive awareness of JCPenney Commercial value proposition through customer interaction Increase the number of customers purchasing through the JCPenney system. Execution on Store lead process.
                             
Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Order Entry of all Commercial orders.  This includes decisions being made of alternate product if we have out of stocks. (all categories including Major Appliances)
  • Manage the daily follow up of all orders placed including cancelled orders, out of stocks opportunities and potential need for re-order entry.
  • Build and maintain consistent order entry standards.
  • Follow up with every store that submitted a store lead to ensure they are aware of the sale.
  • Build relationships with all merchants, IT, Transportation, Vendors, etc. for improved service and speed to market.
  • Work with all outside Commercial Sales Reps on finding merchandising products that fit the customer needs.
  • Build and maintain all client management information.

Education

  • High School

 
Experience

  • 2 years in Inside Sales Team or call center
