Director, Ecommerce Profitability and OperationsWe are looking for an experienced
Director, Ecommerce Profitability and Operations to join our growing Digital team. This leader will establish a cross-functional roadmap and framework to increase ecommerce profitability and operational excellence, as well as responsively addressing emerging opportunities. This leader will convene and drive cross-functional teams to address specific needs in the purview of this role, including:
- Cancelations reduction
- Business ownership of fraud reduction opportunities
- Returns optimization: rate reduction, re-sale, attach purchases
- Leveraging omni-inventory/ ship from store
Primary Responsibilities:- Create and drive the roadmap to deliver operational excellence and profitability for the ecommerce business, including of strategy, execution and maintenance.
- Monitor key KPIs for the post-purchase customer experience to drive a strong customer experience and efficiency in the system, including cancelations, return rate reduction, and returns expense reductions, fraud and credit operations.
- Work cross functionally with the supply chain, technology, credit, planning & allocation and store operations to drive improvements in processes to support the post-purchase experience.

- Demonstrated ability to assess the issues of a broad functional area, identify focus areas, prioritize improvements, and keep the team focused on making progress in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to "roll-up" sleeves when needed and respond with urgency to issues impacting sales or business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to assess opportunities and prioritize actions
