Manager Recognition and Events

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistics of corporate office events and associate recognition programs. Working directly in conjunction with our Human resource team, the Event Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of tasks related to the associate recognition programs, logistics of corporate events, including planning, vendor management and budgeting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage corporate office events
  • Design and administer global recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, event calendars and schedules and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and recognition programs
  • Propose creative ideas for events.
  • Manage recognition and event budgets
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement programs and events with consideration to tax and legal impacts.

Additional Information:
  • Collaborates with the HR Business Partners to identify event goals, including service and financial goals, communicating ongoing opportunities and challenges
  • Ensures all global recognition programs are compliant with tax and legal regulations.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in motivation, appreciation, and feedback for event and recognition programs.
  • Point of contact for meetings, conferences, and special events and recognition programs ensuring requirements are met and service expectations are exceeded,
  • Creates and distributes required communication to the business on recognition and event requirement.
  • Coordinates and manages events with set up staff, operations, and all departments, outside contractors, third-party vendors, concessionaires, etc. during events to ensure that requirements are fully addressed and executed.
  • Ensures venue rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are enforced.
  • Works with HR services and operations to ensure system and payroll administration, analytics, and reporting for all global recognition programs.
