Accounting and Finance Management Development Program (AFMDP)JCPenney is proud to offer the Accounting & Finance Management Development Program (AFMDP) in our Shared Services Center located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The AFMDP is a 12 month robust development program which will allow you to join the JCPenney finance management team while you finish your degree (25-40 hour work week). Participants will receive management training in corporate accounting functions, project management, financial/data analysis, team management, and executive presentation skills. Successful participants will create value for JCPenney through live business projects while receiving coaching and mentoring from JCPenney business leaders.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can transition into possible roles such as Accounting Analyst, Staff Accountant, or Internal Auditor for JCPenney.
