Pricing and Signing Admin

Responsible for timely and accurate input of data for promotional price files and store sign creation for the assigned merchandise divisions. Ensures all process steps involved in price management and signing are followed and necessary approval steps are coordinated to ensure all stores have accurate and usable point of sale signing and correct point of sale pricing records.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Completes all pricing related to incentives and emergency pricing
• Creates store signing
• Performs price verification
• Actively communicates with merchants and participates in work sessions
• Understand how signs are executed in stores for AOR
• Works to achieve overall accuracy goal of 95%
• Tracking sheet maintenance
• Critical deadline management
• Issue resolution from Sign Validation reports, Ad Audit issues, etc

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Highschool degree required
• 1-2 years of data entry or store experience preferred
• Experience in MS OFFICE Applications
• Stays detailed and organized, prioritizes work effectively
