Manager, AudienceThe
Manager, Audience will provide strategic initiatives and project planning on the Audience team for engaging directly with JCPenney customers to accelerate the path to customer interactions, engaging new customer segments and growing our relationship with existing and future customers. This role will work directly with Customer Engagement, Marketing and IT leadership, project managers and business leads on omni-channel initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage Lifecycle Audience strategy with Marketing counterparts
- Manage Audience project planning to track milestones and deliverables impacting multiple projects and dependencies
- Develop cross-functional relationships to support and encourage visibility with Lifecycle marketing efforts
- Support weekly project status report and monthly Steering Committee decks
- Facilitate weekly / monthly manager / leadership meetings
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, including email marketing, SMS, mobile apps
- 3 years of marketing strategy experience
- Highly motivated and self-directing individual who have prior experience in lifecycle and retention marketing
- Excellent ability to communicate (written and verbal) with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Creative problem solving, organization, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability are crucial to the success of this role
