Senior Specialist - Enterprise Fulfillment

The Senior Specialist - Enterprise Fulfillment will be supporting the Enterprise Fulfillment strategy and initiatives and will be responsible for the analysis and execution of Ship from Store, Same Day Pick Up, and optimized sourcing logic. This role will involve a mix of strategy, analytics, test and learn, and the ability to convert insights into actions in collaborations with other team members. You will need a background in retail and a proficiency in fulfillment, sourcing, and retail systems. To be successful in this role, you will need to be hands-on and work cross functionally with our merchandising, product, digital, supply chain, and tech teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to uncover opportunities and risks
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, a go-getter who figures things out, is always curious, and can turn insights in to executable strategy that improve financial and customer experience results
  • Partner with international support team to execute systemic adjustments overnight based on business requirements or results
  • Accountable for management of team communication with cross-functional partners
  • Support in-depth business reviews through multi-system analysis with item or transactional data
  • Continually monitor customer feedback to deliver improved speed-to-customer while maintaining cost-effective solutions
  • Facilitate change management activities by performing impact analysis of systemic adjustments or trend changes
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to launch new initiatives and requirements to support a growing enterprise fulfillment strategy

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • College degree or equivalent business experience
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail businesses (buying, fulfillment, planning and supply chain experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of ecommerce business KPIs and technologies
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking and problem solving in a fluid environment
  • Proven analytical capability and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to independently organize and prioritize broad workload to meet deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to successfully collaborate with internal and external partners
